Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 USD.
All items in store may take 1-4 business days to process. Handmade items out of stock and customized products may take longer about 7-10 business days to process. Shipping time is applied after the order has been processed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Average shipping time is 7 to 15 working days. Different countries may vary. i.e. UK 5-7 working days, US 7-12 working days. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after the order has been shipped. Our delivery times are estimated only and not guaranteed. Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
We are not responsible for:
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Lost or damage to orders by postal service
- Customs and taxes applied to your order
If you refuse a shipment from Natural Bunny Accessories, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.
